exhibitions in 'between' spaces in Belfast

In Limin-Alley 2022 event we tried something N:E:W - Six artists were selected to bring installations, artworks and imaginative new ideas to residential alleyways in the North, East and West of the city.

Building on the success of 2021 Limin-Alley N:E:W once again brought artists and artworks to the oft- neglected back alleyways of Belfast. The exhibitions celebrated and explored the potential of Belfast’s alleys as places for connection and rewilding in the city.

Working in partnership with local residents of Marsden Gardens (north), Reid Street (east) and Rodney Drive (west) a range of events including talks, tours and workshops from the commissioned artists and some special guests, we welcomed visitors to these spaces over the weekend of March 26th and 27th.

Participating artists: Laura Nelson, Cameron Clarke, Dónal Billings, Charys Wilson, Corrina Askin and HiVis Witches.
